Your reps are dialing. You still cannot say why the calls are not converting.

Activity dashboards tell you how many dials happened. They do not tell you that the rep pitched before finding a problem, or talked for 80 percent of the call, or asked for a meeting with nothing to meet about. Those are the reasons the pipeline is short, and they only show up in the calls themselves.

Put one call in. Get it scored against the methodology, with the specific moments that cost you the meeting and the language that would have won it.

Nobody is listening to the calls

Every sales leader knows they should review recordings. Almost nobody does, because a week of dials is hours of audio and there is no time. So coaching turns into guesswork, and the same three mistakes repeat all quarter.

The ad read

The rep opens with what the product does. The prospect never said they had the problem, so there is nothing for the pitch to attach to. This is the single most common reason a call dies in the first thirty seconds.

Talking, not asking

The rep carries most of the call. Prospects buy when they talk, not when they listen. If the rep is over 65 percent of the conversation, no problem got uncovered, whatever the disposition says.

Closing on nothing

The meeting gets asked for before any business problem is on the table. Those meetings book at a lower rate, and the ones that do book are the ones that no-show.

One call in, a coaching session out

No install, no CRM connection, no procurement conversation. It reads the call the way a coach would.

01

Give it the call

Upload an MP3 or WAV, paste a public recording link from your dialer, or paste a transcript. Audio gets transcribed with timestamps so the pacing is scoreable.

02

It scores against the method

Pace and energy, tone, business conversation, and the x-factor. The same rubric used on live call reviews, not a generic sentiment read.

03

You get the specific moments

Timestamped strengths and misses, the red flags that killed it, and for each one, the language that should have been used instead.

Specific enough to coach from tomorrow

Not a score and a shrug. Every finding points at a moment in the call.

Score breakdown

Where the call actually lost points

Four categories, scored honestly. Audio calls are scored out of 11. Transcripts are scored out of 5, because tone cannot be judged from text.

Red flags

The patterns that kill cold calls

Product dump, assumptive language, no business questions, premature close, category trap, talk time over 65 percent. Each one quoted from the call.

Methodology moments

What the rep should have said instead

The two to four moments where the call turned, with example language for each. This is the part reps actually use.

A link you can send

Every review gets its own page. Send it to the rep, drop it in a Slack thread, or print it for a one-on-one.

Problems and solutions. Everything else is noise.

"If you cannot name the business problem the prospect has, and connect your solution to it, you have no business asking for a meeting."

  • 01
    Uncover the business problem

In the prospect's own words, not yours. If they never said it out loud, it is not established.

  • 02
    Connect a valuable solution

Better, different, and not the same as whatever they already have. Category language loses to specifics every time.

  • 03
    Earn the close

Ask for the meeting only when a problem is on the table and your solution is attached to it. Then propose one specific time.
